No Kings 3: Winston-Salem March 28, 2026 | Union Station | 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM
On March 28, Camel City United Indivisible invites the Winston-Salem community to gather at Union Station for No Kings 3 — a peaceful, people-powered rally rooted in a simple truth: this country does not belong to kings.
A National Movement, Rooted Locally
No Kings is a nationwide grassroots movement led by Indivisible and allied organizations. It began in June 2025, when millions of Americans took to the streets in communities across all 50 states to declare — peacefully and loudly — that the United States is governed by its people, not by those who rule through fear, repression, or unchecked power. Four months later, more than seven million people joined over 2,700 events nationwide, making it one of the largest single-day mobilizations in American history.
Here in Winston-Salem, that movement has a home.
Why Union Station
Union Station once connected Winston-Salem to the broader region as a major rail hub. Today it stands at the gateway to East Winston — a community shaped by Black history, labor organizing, and civil rights leadership. Gathering here is intentional. This site carries the weight of civic courage and collective action, and No Kings 3 belongs in that legacy.
What to Expect
No Kings 3 will bring together an estimated 1,800 to 2,000 participants for a focused, high-energy gathering with speakers, music, and a clear call to action. The site will be ADA accessible, with professional staging and sound, restroom facilities, and wash stations on site. Volunteers will be positioned throughout to welcome attendees, manage crowd flow, and ensure everyone can see and hear the program.
Parking lots open at 10:30 AM. The rally begins at 11:30 AM. Parking is available at three nearby locations, each about a five to seven minute walk from the rally site. Transportation assistance will be available for those who need it.
A Commitment to Nonviolence
No Kings events are grounded in a firm commitment to peaceful, lawful action. All participants are expected to act nonviolently, seek to de-escalate any confrontation, and leave weapons of any kind at home — including those that are legally permitted.
Come. Bring Someone.
No Kings 3 is more than a rally. It is the next step in building something lasting — stronger neighborhoods, deeper relationships, and a community that rises together.
March 28. Union Station. We’ll see you there.
